Acquihire offer from another early stage startup ($2M raised, $1M revenue)

Got an acquihire-esq offer from another early stage startup ($2M raised, ~$1M ARR). They were building the same thing, but further along. Same vision. Signed some big clients recently.

Would join as a co-founder. What equity split is fair? Any advice would be helpful
