Ask HN: Guidance on MES, AI, Industry 4.0 apps – no luck

Have been working on MES space in a cross functional role. Unfortunately onboarding customers is a pain, product is trusted by few enterprise customers though. Longer techno sales cycles. Lot of ghosting. Any other killer ways for a stronger GTM & onboarding?
