Ask HN: How did you connect with early adopters?

I am building a niche private social network and ~100 people have joined the waitlist.

I want to speak with them all and let them give feedback, suggestions, bug reports etc. I want it to build it with them - sharing mock ups, polls like “which design do you prefer”, feedback on new features etc. I need a tool where I don’t have to enter my users’ emails.

How can I do this?

Is there a platform where I can add my users and let them participate ? What do you use for this?

1:1 email might not scale for this many people since we are only 2 developers - me and my brother.

If I can’t find something, I will go with google forms and then follow up with each user individually.

Maybe I should throw together a basic Django app for this?

I have asked on Reddit, Twitter etc and got no responses and I don't know any founder in real life or online.
