Detroit Tech Fellowship💡
Where Startups Scale and Innovation Takes Root.
The City of Detroit is proud to launch the Detroit Tech Fellowship, a new initiative designed to elevate startup talent in Detroit and drive Michigan’s innovation ecosystem forward. Targeting recent graduates from Michigan universities, the program helps promising founders stay and scale their ventures in-state—strengthening Detroit as a hub for AI, biotech, clean energy, smart manufacturing, mobility, and other emerging industries.
Detroit Tech Fellowship is ideal for high agency individuals that are eager to live in community with other fellows. Fellows are encouraged to live at 28Grand fully furnished micro-loft studio apartments in downtown Detroit.
Participants will benefit from:
- A monthly stipend to support housing and living expenses
- Access to collaborative co-working space
- A community of high agency, like-minded peers
Detroit’s startup scene is growing fast—and your future could grow with it. Whether you're launching your venture or taking it to the next stage, this is your chance to build something bold in a city built on reinvention.
