How accurate are the AI rankings? ▼

Our ranking system queries AI platforms in real-time using the same prompts that real users would ask, requesting answers in real-time. We track the exact position your brand appears in AI responses, providing you with accurate, up-to-date visibility data. Rankings can vary based on query phrasing, AI model updates, and the natural variation inherent in LLM responses, as AI systems can produce different outputs even when given identical inputs.

What format are the reports in? ▼

All reports are delivered as CSV files, which can be easily opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application. The reports include columns for query/question, AI platform and ranking position (if relevant).

How do i choose which keywords to track? ▼

It's up to you. Try to think about what your questions ask AI and add those questions into the request report form. If you are still not sure, just ask your AI what questions to ask.
