Ah my bad, some sources say it was a suicide whilst some say someone strangled him I'll delete my comment.
Edit - also there's another video of a truck exploding which was destined to attack russian air base at amur, failed to reach there and a civilian died in the explosion, so I'm gonna let it stay and see what the real story was.
