The output can be pasted or loaded into Docassemble, also a free and open-source expert system for guided interviews. Docassemble is supported by a user community that maintains the software. GraphDoc does not require any installation and can be run online.
GraphDoc can potentially be used in research and education: rather than writing down your decision trees on paper, you can now build them
electronically and, possibly, publish them on a website. A demonstration is available at LinkedIn.
The tool was developed by Sander van Essel, a Zuyd University of Applied Sciences student, who has been working as an intern for the Law and Tech Lab to develop a graph-based no-code interface for creating decision trees.
