Help Facebook

Hello, I am a grandmother with little knowledge of computers. Facebook just sent me a text saying they have permanenly cancelled my account what can I do. I have done nothing wrong.I have tried and tried to contact them but couldn't do it. A friend told me to make a new account, I tried that but was blocked each time. I have grandchildrens pictures that I can't see.Can anybody help? Thank you
