We prioritize accuracy and ability to handle complexity over speed.
Howie is faster than most executive assistants, but slower than ChatGPT. We have designed a waterfall of AI models that work through a task from several different angles ensuring accuracy and attention to even the smallest details. Then, we have other models that review the work and send it back for another try if a potential mistake is detected. These cycles can sometimes take 15 minutes or longer. Additionally, when our models are not confident enough, we loop in our 24/7 team of AI Trainers who verify Howie's work. This process results in an impressively accurate and human-like experience, which is not instant. Despite non-instant replies, Howie is still faster than most EAs and works 24/7.

Yes! On Howie Pro we support full whitelabel. You can name your Howie anything you like, and set him up with an email at your domain. We have a Howie named Jane and others named Ron and George and Ada and Jeeves and Donna and Katie and Clare and even...Chamath.
