How one immigrant entrepreneur is using AI to simplify the broken U.S. credit system.
By Dadi Naveen, Founder & CEO of CREDX USA
Growing up in India and later studying Business Analytics in the U.S., I saw two very different credit cultures — but one common frustration: credit management is broken.
Late payments, hidden charges, multiple cards, and siloed apps — Americans lose billions every year to a system that was supposed to help them. I built CREDX USA because I believe your finances shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.
- $12B+ in late fees (2020)
- $15.5B in overdrafts (2019)
- 52M+ Americans hit by fraud in a year
- This isn’t just inefficiency. It’s systemic pain. And existing tools like Credit Karma, Mint, and your bank’s mobile app? They don’t cut it.
An AI-powered smart credit assistant that:
- Links all your cards and credit lines in one place
- Tracks due dates, credit score trends, and charges
- Automates payments for rent, utilities, subscriptions
- Sends smart alerts to avoid late fees
- Unlocks cashback rewards and instant credit
- Flags fraud and hidden interest
We’re inspired by the elegance of CRED India, but we’re building specifically for the U.S. market — with U.S. banks, regulations, and user habits in mind.
I studied at the University of New Haven, worked with Infosys, NYU, and Amazon, and spent years analyzing data on customer pain points. What I found led me to one conclusion:
🧠 Finance should be proactive, not reactive.
So I started designing a tool that doesn’t just tell you what happened — it helps you decide what to do next.
We use Firebase, Stripe, and Plaid to secure your data and process payments. And our AI engine is designed to grow with you — learning your patterns, optimizing your spend, and rewarding your loyalty.
We’re launching our MVP now — with full features for bill tracking, smart reminders, rewards, and AI-driven suggestions.
Next: credit score boosting, peer-to-peer lending, and AI financial coaching.
If you’ve ever forgotten a bill, lost a reward, or paid a hidden fee — this is for you.
Try it. Break the cycle.
