Lisp and Prolog Appear in the European Commission's EGovernment Benchmark 2025

In a markedly more concrete statement than two years ago (see #2077), the Background Report now mentions among the Key success factors of the Good Practice example Grants4Companies on page 68:

Grants4Companies uses Scryer Prolog extensively, and the report also links to the application's System Description.
