Meta is massively suspending Instagram accounts based on flawed AI

I woke up this morning to use Facebook and was greeted with a screen saying my account was suspended due to my activity on instagram not following their guidelines. I then check my email and see an email from instagram saying my account was suspended because it "doesn't follow our doesn't follow our Community Standards on ch!ld s3xual expl0itation, abu$e and nud!ty." I sent an appeal and pretty much immediately got an email back saying my appeal was denied and my account will be permanently deleted.

I just turned 21 today, and last night on facebook I joined some local dating groups in my area on Facebook, so maybe that tricked the AI into thinking i was doing something bad? I have no clue but to my knowledge theres no way to directly contact a human at instagram or facebook without a meta subscription. I didn't do anything wrong and I dont know what to do.
