Description

The Organism Manifesto presents a framework for auditable, traceable, and composable reasoning at a civilization scale. Central to this vision are Reasoning DNA Units (RDUs), discrete primitives that structure intelligence into verifiable, modular chains. By combining combinatorial layering, layer collection, path traversal, and context integration, RDUs form the substrate for The Organism: a living, principle-first architecture capable of scaling human and machine reasoning collaboratively.

The manifesto explores the conceptual design, ethics, and governance of The Organism, outlines the emergent need for a domain-specific language (DSL), and illustrates the framework through Python prototypes in symbolic mathematics, including multinomial structures and convoluted partial Bell polynomials. While the primary domain is mathematical, the principles are domain-agnostic, applicable to strategic planning, scientific reasoning, legal analysis, and other structured decision-making processes.

The manifesto is intended as a public, open-source foundation for collaborative intelligence. Interactive prototypes and ongoing development are available on GitHub: https://github.com/Eric-Robert-Lawson/OrganismCore.
