The user knows almost everything but certain details, or is limited in some other way, such as being able to see one timeline or universe or have just small patches of information that are missing or blocked out. More simply, they may be in possession of such a vast reserve of knowledge that they can be regarded as "practically omniscient."

The Elder God (Legacy of Kain), can see the Time-Stream, which allows him, to see at will any event of Nosgoth, whether in the past, present or future in infinite timelines. Also, being timeless, he sees everything at the same time, being Omniscient on a temporal level.

Judge Holden (Blood Meridian) possesses an almost infinite amount of information about languages, culture, physics, mathematics, the human mind, art, philosophy, battle strategies, and even the basic structure of the the universe. Although he is still susceptible to defeat or outwitting, as he is not impervious to everything.
