Roles: - Erlang/OTP Engineer - VoIP/FreeSWITCH Engineer - Infrastructure/DevOps
Reality: - Limited documentation, you'll need to reverse-engineer - Production system serving customers (can't break it) - On-call rotation - Rare stack (but if you know it, you know why that's interesting)
