Things become more centralized over time, such as a big fish eating a little fish. The more force a system initiates, the quicker it wastes energy, and when it runs out of energy, it dies. If systems were to only resist initiating force, they would also resist centralization, meaning that relationships would gradually come to a halt. Initiating more and more force and not initiating force at all are both the product of hatred. The solution is to love yourself and others, unconditionally.
"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another" (John 13:34-35)
