Show HN: I built a FlutterFlow app to track what I own and how often I use it

It started with toys — but it became a whole philosophy.

We lose track of the things we care about.

I built this app because I kept wondering: where did all my son’s toys go?

New ones kept coming in, but we had no idea how many we already had, where they were stored, or what they were worth. Some he loved and played with every day. Others? Tried once, then disappeared into a drawer.

They ended up scattered everywhere — under the bed, in boxes, on shelves, or just lying around. When it came time to tidy up, we didn’t know where anything belonged. So we stuffed things wherever they fit. We forgot what we had. Bought duplicates. Lost track of what really mattered.

It wasn’t just toys. The same thing happens with books, vinyl, sneakers, collectibles. I wanted a minimalist, visual way to organize your favorite items. Spreadsheets didn’t help. Notes got messy. Most inventory apps felt like they were built for warehouses — not everyday life.

So I built LetsFancy Keeps.

  • See everything you own at a glance — organized by category, tags, date, or value
  • Log each item with photos, descriptions, and assigned places
  • Give “Fancy Scores” after each use, and let Smart Rankings surface your true favorites
  • Track what you use, what you love, and what you can let go
  • Sync across iOS & Android — phone and tablet
  • Enjoy a private, ad-free, cross-platform experience

It’s not about inventory — it’s about clarity.

This is my first app. What began as a small fix became a new mindset: Own less, enjoy more, and remember what matters.

I’d love to hear what you collect — and how you’d use Keeps.
