Welcome to Infinity.Bid ("we", "our", "us", or "the Service"). By accessing or using the Infinity.Bid Telegram Mini App and related services (collectively, "the Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Infinity.Bid is an interactive visual auction and engagement platform where users can purchase blocks on an infinite grid, upload content to blocks, interact with other users' blocks, and participate in contests. The Service operates within the Telegram platform via a Telegram Mini App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required in your country to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the Service.
3. Account and Access
You access the Service through your Telegram account. We rely on Telegram-provided data (Telegram user ID, username, profile photo, language) to personalize your experience.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any activity that occurs under your account when using the Service.
4. Purchases and Virtual Currency
The Service uses in-app virtual currency ("Stars" ⭐ and "Taps" 🎯) to enable participation in auctions, block purchases, and engagement features.
- Stars can be purchased using Telegram Stars or other supported payment methods.
- Taps are earned through user activity and interactions.
- Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and is non-transferable outside the Service. It cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed outside Infinity.Bid.
- All purchases of Stars are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to adjust the value, functionality, or availability of Stars and Taps at any time.
5. User Content
By uploading content to Infinity.Bid, you agree to the terms set forth in our Content Upload and Usage Agreement. You are solely responsible for all content you upload.
We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to content that violates our policies, applicable laws, or Telegram's platform rules.
6. Contests and Rewards
Infinity.Bid may host contests and promotions. By participating, you agree to the official contest rules published within the Service.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate contests at any time.
- Contest participation may be subject to eligibility requirements and applicable local laws.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload or promote prohibited content as defined in our Content Upload and Usage Agreement.
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Use bots, automated systems, or scripts to manipulate rankings, taps, or contest outcomes.
- Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Service or other users' experience.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including design, graphics, text, and software, are owned by or licensed to Infinity.Bid.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.
9. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may, but are not obligated to, retain your data or content.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity.Bid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
12. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted within the Service or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g., Ukraine, EU member state, etc.], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
