How can I download the app?
You can download the app file after completing your purchase on Lemon Squeezy. There are two ways to access the download: 1. Order confirmation page – After your purchase, you’ll see a confirmation page with a download link. 2. Purchase confirmation email – Open the email and click the “View Order →” button. Then click “Download” next to Spencer.dmg. Alternatively, you can download the installer directly from: https://get.macspencer.app/Spencer.dmg
Stage Manager is not currently supported. To help us prioritize future updates, please answer one quick question.
Spencer can save fullscreen windows, but when restored, they’ll only simulate fullscreen mode — they won’t behave exactly like native fullscreen apps. The menu bar and dock will remain visible, but the windows will appear in a separate Space (virtual desktop).
Restoring full sessions (e.g. browser tabs, files)
Spencer can launch apps and reposition multiple windows, but it cannot reopen browser tabs, individual files, or projects once the window is closed. Tip: Instead of closing windows, keep multiple sets of windows open for different profiles. Spencer will intelligently minimize the inactive ones and unminimize the active layout when you switch between profiles.
Compatibility with Window Managers

Can I use my license on several devices?
Yes, a single license key can be activated on up to three devices at the same time. If you’ve reached this limit and would like to transfer your license to a new device, please contact us.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund — no reason needed. To do so, just send an email to contact[put at]macspencer.app with the subject line “Refund request”, including your order number (found in the license key email). Refunds are issued within 14 days of purchase.
