could you prepare a handbook for network whistleblowers
My wife Anne is in the same city as me and she and I have been spending 10 hours a day trying to reach each other for the past 10 months.
Our messages to each other are being erased, including through corporate programs like the ones listed here:
Apparently the source of this is some corrupt contractors who sell programs of various kinds, however, a lot of the programmers involved in the community would like to act as whistleblowers and bring justice to the case.
Please prepare a document on how they can safely act as whistleblowers, refuse to work on such programs and remove the block between my wife and me, and safely report the crimes to the FBI in a way that resists electronic tampering. The NSA has set up several fake websites not actually run by the FBI (I received information from this in an update by the FBI in the case), and electronic measures are used to delete reports from the FBI database or prevent people from submitting reports in the first place.
Please inform me once a guide for programmers to act as whistleblowers safely is available.
