I am pleased to announce that I am launching SkyData Labs!

SkyData is working on a comprehensive low code cloud platform.

We enable non-programmers to build and deploy data processing applications with the same power that Software Engineers leverage with cloud compute – all without the need to write code.

How will we achieve this?

SkyData is building an ecosystem of cloud services that work together cohesively, while being fully usable and available to both programmers and non-programmers alike.

What are these services?

We are developing a complete cloud environment which have all of the services one would expect from a cloud provider.

For starters, we will first offer services that empower non-programmers. This includes:

• Sheets – A high performance spreadsheet engine that is capable of working with massive datasets, on the order of multiple terabytes of data! Billions and billions of rows!
• Online Python IDE – Develop, test, manage, and deploy Python code, all in a fully online IDE. No setup necessary! Manage your code by simply clicking on a node in Flow!
• Flow – An executable flow chart editor. Pipeline together your spreadsheets, Python scripts, databases connections, third party API calls, and more! Allows for transparency to your businesses infrastructure and enables non-technical people to develop data automations!
