What people write in Boss's Day cards

Tomorrow (Oct 16) is Boss’s Day. While looking through a few hundred digital cards on Bravoboard, we noticed pattern in how people talk about their bosses.

Most messages weren’t about authority or achievement. Instead, they focused on patience, support, humor, and calm leadership. A few examples:

"Thanks for leading us through these difficult times and driving a culture of cost-effective decisions."

"Happy Boss’s Day Momma Bear, no one deserves it more than you."

"Your guidance and support create a positive atmosphere that inspires us all."
