Why did Mercury bank close my business account?

I'm not doing shady business- film/animation production and consulting-

I'm not on any bad person lists that I know of-

Mercury just closed my accounts for my Wyoming business, my California business and my personal account.

Had been with them since 2022- my other account(same Wyoming business) with a competitor fin-tech bank (Relay) unaffected (for now )

Anyone know what is up with this?

Periodically, we conduct additional reviews on accounts. After a review of your account for Loser LLC, due to the nature of your activity, we will be closing your account.

We’ll be unable to allow any outgoing or incoming transactions, except for an account disbursal. Please note that scheduled, previously initiated, and expected incoming funds may still process (wires, card transactions, check deposits, and ACH credits).

Please provide us with details for a U.S. bank account in your name or your company's name so we may send your remaining funds to you via ACH or wire. If this is not done by end of day June 23, 2025, our bank will mail a physical check to the U.S. address we have on file.
