Why don't more people claim flight compensation they're legally owed?

I recently built a tool to help people claim flight compensation with AI. What surprised me most wasn’t the legal side - it was how few people even know they’re entitled to money when their flight is delayed or canceled.

Billions go unclaimed each year. The process is confusing, slow, and buried in bureaucracy.
